Please bear in mind that Christmas and other holiday periods are often booked out far in advance.

Rates

Maximum booking length is 28 nights.
Linen (including towels) is provided free.

14^th December - 27^th January:

$300 per night for one couple.
$35 per night per additional person.

28^th January - 30^th April:

$250 per night for one couple.

$35 per night per additional person.

1^st May - 31^st August:

$220 per night for one couple.
$35 per night per additional person.

1^st September - 13^th December:

$250 per night for one couple.

$35 per night per additional person.

Infants (aged under 3 years) are free of charge. A cot can also be provided free of charge.

Terms and Conditions
We require a 10% deposit to secure the booking dates. Full payment should be made 30 days prior to arrival.

Bookings cancelled prior to 30 days will incur a cancellation fee of 50% the deposit.

Cancellations within 30 days will incur a fee of 75% the total payment.

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

All cancellation fees will be held in credit for 6 months for use on mutually agreed alternative dates subject to availability.

Any cancellations or amendments to your booking must be arranged directly with us.
